High Gloss, Low Class, and a Dead Body in the Grass
The story
On the hottest day of the summer, Bubba Beaumont organized the annual park BBQ to announce a 'new fee structure' that would have bankrupted half the residents. Before he could make the announcement, he collapsed after taking a bite of a particularly spicy funnel cake. The residents, already on edge due to recent power outages and missing pets, must now confront the reality that a killer is lurking among the lawn chairs. Tensions boil over as secret histories and financial desperation come to light beneath the flickering neon signs of the park entrance.
Setting: The communal grill and picnic area of the Asphalt Oasis Trailer Park, surrounded by pink flamingos and various states of disrepair.
